Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day right of return on the goods, which is calculated from the day the goods are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. If you have taken the protective film from myshelf, it cannot be returned as it is no longer salable. Once the item has been received back and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You must bear the cost of return yourself.
Refund
In the case of agreed decors, returned goods or prepaid goods, which are canceled before dispatch, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Refunds are usually always made by bank transfer, and gizmos therefore need information about the registration number and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can easily be provided per. email or other traditional form of correspondence.
