This gratitude journal encourages you to reflect and contemplate. Working with gratitude regularly makes you aware of all the small, good things in life. In this way, you can increase your basic happiness.

The diary is made as a collaboration between My Pocket of Time and Jane Kudsk from Spis dig fri. In the morning you start by writing down the day's intention. Afterwards, you think about what you are grateful for in your life. In the evening you return and reflect on the day. Write down three good things that happened during the day. Big as small. Finally, you can use questions to further reflect on the day.

In some places in the book there are also pages only with dots. It is up to you how (and if) you want to use these pages. It can, for example, be for thoughts, dreams and ideas.

You get the greatest effect by writing in the gratitude diary every day. However, it is you yourself who writes the dates on the pages. That way, you avoid blank pages if you don't manage to write down every day.

The book measures 13 x 18 cm and has a spiral spine. This makes it easy to type in. 

There are 120 pages in the diary, 82 of which are gratitude pages. So there is a quarter's worth of gratitude.
